Play, Make , Create

This week for play, make, create I made a decision wheel. I used bamboo, cardboard, tape, and string.I didn't work with anyone but I worked alongside Max. I think that cutting out the circle worked pretty well. Whetu Challenge Kite Day

    KITE DAY

On Friday it was kite day and I made a kite shaped like a A frame. The materials that I use was silage wrap, bamboo, string, tape and ribbon. I worked by myself but along side max and we did the same idea. I would change the shape of the kite to make it even, also I would change the amount of bamboo on the kite. The thing that work well was making the kite although it didn't fly:(

To day for Play, make, create I worked by myself and I made a fishing rod that can catch an eel like an arcade game.

I used bamboo, paper clips, string, and cardboard.

What work well was finding a stick (aka bamboo) and also tying  hook to the string.

If I was to change one thing it would be the look of the eel, I would probably colour it in.

NumBots & TTRockstars Blog Post

 

Term 2, Week 1 2021

During Term 1 we have been practising our addition and subtraction knowledge through the online programme called NumBots.  At the start it was super easy but progressively got more challenging.

I am now on glass on witch is the 8th level up on NumBots. 

I enjoy NumBots because I like passing the levels as I go.

What I find challenging is the block questions because I have to add them up.

This week we have started TTRockstars again.  This is an online programme which helps us to learn our timetables.

I think that TTRockstars will be pretty fun now that I have passed the studio games (Thank god thats over).

Play, Make, Create Week 1 term 2

                              Duck Jet  Boat

  Max and I made a funky looking duck jet boat, the books that it was based off was up the creak. The materials that we do it was cardboard, kebab sticks, ice block sticks and hot glue. the thing that work well was the ice block sticks on the bottom of the boat. If we were to change something about our boat it would be the wheels been further down so it could actually go on land.
