Fingerprints 2020

 

This week we had a look at our own fingerprints.

First we put our fingers in some ink off a ink pad but there was a technique. The technique was to roll your fingers in the ink and then roll the ink on to the paper. The other day on Tuesday a police officer came in called Sally. She told us about how they find the fingerprints by dusting them with special powder, and puts a geletin sheet over the fingerprint. Then she rolled it with roller to get the print stuck on the geletin paper.
